During a recent see with a friend of many years, I was introduced to what I'll call "sage wisdom". We were visiting about getting older and how challenging it was to deal with his aged body as it started to shut down. His mental capacity was still in tact, but he just was unable to do some regarding the highest many simple things that were so natural to him up to this spot in his life. While visiting, he created a very simple statement; he spoke about "Knowing what I have knowledge of today, I should have taken better like of my body when I was younger". How many times do we receive little gems like this in life and ignore the force of their simplicity? We do not should wait until we are old and our bodies falling apart prior to we do something about it.
No reason what our age, there exists steps we can take that shall enable us to live a healthy, strong, and vibrant life. It's not ever too late to beginning creating good choices and receiving advantage regarding the facts that's' readily available to us.  Would not it be wonderful to live life to its fullest with good health, a good mind, being active and vibrant right up until it's time to go? Well, it's likely but not without effort on our part.
There are many things we can do to push return the natural affects of aging which let us to live a healthier, more vibrant, and meaningful lifestyle. Below are some simple suggestions for promoting a healthier and happier you:
1)      Whether you have not already started thinking about it then beginning now! Do not wait until you are old and wrinkled to beginning receiving like of your body, the inevitable signs of aging creep up on you. In your 20's and 30's most of us do not even ponder twice about aging and how the long term should be affected. Take it from me; it happens many quicker than you think.








2)      Use common sense with your diet! Increase your intake of new or frozen vegetables and vegetables. Vegetables and veggie were place on this earth for the benefit of man. Yes, the convenience of fast nourishment is a killer when it returns to your well-being and your youthful appearance. The sage old adage "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" is a good thing to remember.
3)      Hold your mind active…challenge you by learning new things, push you to new heights, hold the cobwebs cleaned out by constantly creating use of perhaps the highest many incredible organ in our body, the brain. Feed your mind and soul with uplifting and motivating material.
4)      Get your sleep…a healthy, vibrant body wants adequate sleep on a standard basis. Our body wants to re-energize and can only do it with correct sleep habits. You need to obtain a standard dose of 7-8 hours per night. Not possible…re-think your well-being barometer. Make it happen.
5)      Hydrate your body. Sip adequate h2o every lone day…most people are walking around dehydrated that is an usual cause of hard skin, wrinkles, and headaches (believe it or not). Your urine should be simple not a bold yellow.
6)      Final but not least, exercise your body on a standard basis. The highest many important thing in regards to exercising your body is consistency. Whether you consistently walk, jog, ride a bike, skateboard, surf, work out at the club, walk when you golf, etc. etc. etc. you shall receive a good benefit from your efforts. Like a minimum, you should get in 30 periods a day at fewest six days a week. Get er done!
At my age, I've located cycling to be a very rewarding shape of exercise with many unforeseen benefits. I was humored during a recent political debate when one regarding the candidates was challenged regarding his age of 76 years old and his fitness for being President regarding the United States. He is barely a bit older than his challengers and not my candidate of choice, but I loved his response, which was "I'll challenge any candidate on this stage to a 25 mile bicycle ride within the heat of Texas and do just fine." He is a doctor and knows the price of exercise on a standard basis.
